We will process a refund if the item is returned within two weeks of purchase date, provided that the item has not been worn, washed, altered or used in any way, with tags still on. The receipt also needs to be put in with the return/exchange item. We recommend using a track and trace postage option for safer and faster returns.

Also just a reminder NO returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items unless you need a size change.
